CASSEROLE:
1 can (10 oz.) peas
1 can (15 oz.) asparagus
1 small can mushrooms
sharp cheddar cheese, grated
WHITE SAUCE:
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium pot, heat the peas, asparagus, and mushrooms and then place in a casserole dish. In a small pot, make a cream white sauce using the butter, milk, and flour. Pour white sauce over top of peas, asparagus, and mushrooms, top with grated sharp cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese on top is brown.
