2 - 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes
2 T. butter (melted)
1/2 c. sugar
4 to 6 slices bread (toasted and cubed)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter your casserole dish. Mix together tomatoes, butter, and sugar. Add toasted bread cubes to thicken pudding. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake 30 - 45 minutes.
