1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can (6 oz.) frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed) (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, beat well until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and baking soda; add alternately to the creamed mixture with 1/2 cup of the lemonade concentrate. Drop dough from teaspoon or cookie scoop, 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until lightly brown around edges. Brush hot cookies with remaining lemonade concentrate and sprinkle with sugar. Cool on rack.
