1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 c. powdered sugar (divided)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
With electric mixer, whip cream cheese. Add 1 cup of sugar; mix well. Add second cup of sugar; mix well. Add third cup of sugar; mix well and beat for 2-3 minutes longer. With spatula, stir in vanilla and Cool Whip. (Will frost a 3-layer cake.)
