CAKE:
1 small box strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
1 box white cake mix
3 T. plain flour
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
ICING:
1 stick butter (melted)
1 lb. powdered sugar
remaining thawed strawberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. CAKE: Grease a 9x13 in. cake pan. Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 c. hot water. Mix cake mix, flour, and oil. Beat 2 minutes. Add eggs, strawberries, and dissolved gelatin. Beat 2 more minutes. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes.
ICING: Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl; let butter cool, but not get cold. In a separate bowl, combine powdered sugar, melted butter, and remaining thawed strawberries; mix well and spread on cake.
