1 box (16 oz.) sugar free yellow cake mix
1 box (.3 oz.) sugar free strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. plus 1 T. canola oil
4 large eggs
3/4 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
8 oz. tub Cool Whip® for topping (thawed)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease the bottom of a 9x13 in. pan with cooking spray and set aside. Combine the cake mix, gelatin, water, oil, and eggs. With an electric mixer, blend at low speed until moist. Increase mixer speed to medium and mix 2 to 3 minutes. Add the strawberries and mix well. Pour the mixture in the prepared pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool cake on cooling rack completely. Spread Cool Whip on top and refrigerate.
