1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. red or green bell peppers (grinded) (3 bell peppers will normally yield 2 cups grinded peppers)
1 pouch (3 oz.) CERTO® liquid fruit pectin
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Grind the bell peppers leaving no pieces. In a saucepan, mix peppers with sugar and vinegar. Add food color (either red or green depending on color of peppers). Boil 1 minute, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in CERTO. Skim and put in sterilized jars, put on lids while hot, screw on bands, and seal in hot water bath. Makes: 7 1/2 pints.
