DRESSING:
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. garlic, minced
pinch marjoram
salt and pepper, to taste (may use seasoned pepper)
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled to room temperature

CHICKEN SALAD:
4 cups chicken breast, cooked and chopped
2 cups seedless grapes halved (mixture of red and green)
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare dressing, mix the mayonnaise, parsley, curry powder, garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper. Gently stir melted butter into mixture. In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes and almonds. Add dressing mixture, tossing thoroughly.
