1 large sweet onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 cups cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
2 cups frozen corn
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans chicken broth
2 (4 1/2-ounce) cans chopped green chiles
1 (1 1/4-ounce) package white chicken chili seasoning mix
3 (16-ounce) cans northern beans

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in hot olive oil over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender. Transfer onions and garlic to crock pot. Add chicken, corn, chicken broth, green chiles, seasoning mix and 2 cans of the beans. Coarsely mash remaining can of beans, and stir into chicken mixture. Cook on low setting for 6-8 hours. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream.
