bone-in pork chops (4 to 6)
1 cup wild rice (cooked according to pkg directions - 30 to 50 min.)
1 cup celery chopped
1 onion sliced or chopped
1 cup mushrooms (4 oz)
2 cans golden mushroom soup
3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until onions are clear. Mix cooked wild rice, soup, mushrooms, and onion mixture in greased baking dish (9x13). Brown pork chops in skillet and season with salt and pepper. Place chops on top of rice in baking dish. Cover. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and uncover the last 20 minutes.
