4 eggs
6 tlbs. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 cups milk
1 tea vanilla
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
3/4 C sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

spray a 10 in. pie pan with cooking spray then dust with flour (I used a 9 in. pan and the pie was deeper and OK)
(or grease it then flour in your usual method. I used the spray then floured it rather heavy.

In a blender place everything but the coconut - Mix until well blended - add the coconut and blend a few seconds until it is well mixed.

Pour into the prepared pie pan and bake for 50-60 minutes
