HAM LOAF:
1 lb. ham, ground
1 lb. fresh pork, ground
1 egg, beaten
1 c. gluten-free bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, chopped
SAUCE:
1/4 c. water
1/2 to 2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard (I use Colman’s® Original English Mustard Powder.)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. HAM LOAF: Lightly grease a 9x12 in. casserole dish. Mix together ham, pork, egg, bread crumbs, milk, and onion. Form into two loaves and place in prepared casserole dish.
SAUCE: In a saucepan, add water, sugar, vinegar, and dry mustard. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour the sauce over the 2 loaves. Bake uncovered for approximately 60 minutes. Baste the loaves with the sauce 2 or 3 times during the cooking time.
