2 cucumbers
8 celery sticks
4 apples
1 lemon
2 in (5 cm) piece of fresh root ginger

Nutrition per serving: 176 kCal; 736 kJ; 6 g protein; 35 g carbohydrates;
1 g fat; 0 g saturated fat; 2 g fiber; 16 g sugar; 114 mg salt

Wash and prepare the ingredients, and cut to size for your juicer. Run through your juicer, then pour into a glass and enjoy.

One serving yields about 2–2˝ cups (16–20 oz/500–600 ml) of juice, but the amount will vary, depending on the size of your produce and the efficiency of your juicer.
