1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup or (10 1/2 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup water
3/4 cup uncooked white rice
1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (or chicken pieces)

Directions:

1 Stir soup, water, rice, paprika & black pepper in an 11x8x2-inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional paprika and black pepper. Cover the baking dish. Recipe Note: For creamier rice, increase water to 1 1/3 cups.

2 Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.

Can cook in crockpot on low abt. 8 hours or high 3-4 hours.

I sometimes used a small, cut up chicken. Poppie loved a chicken rice casserole & I prepared the recipe on the side of the Campbell's chicken soup can!
