5-6 freshly roasted Hatch Green Chiles
1 C Asiago cheese, grated
2 Garlic cloves, diced
4 Eggs
1/2 C Cream
1 Pie shell
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prick the bottom of the pie shell with a fork to prevent bubbling and bake 8 min. at 450.
Layer the green chiles and garlic in the bottom of the shell, Add the grated cheese, pour the egg and cream mixture over the top and bake at 350 for 40-50 min.

Any cheese will do, but Asiago is my favorite with the green chiles. Be sure to remove the blackened green chile peels before using.
