Kale - 1 Bunch
Parmesan (depends on consistency and texture you would like, start with 1/2 cup or less
Walnuts - start with a 1/3 cup
Olive Oil - Lots depending on desired consistency

Add Kale to boiling water for about 10 seconds, toss into food processor
Add Parmesan & Walnuts
Serve with bread or taco chips.
