4 ea Boneless pork chops
1 ea Bouillon chicken cube
2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
1 pkg Ranch dressing mix
¼ cup Onion (chopped)
¼ cup Mushrooms (chopped)
½ tsp Black pepper
1 cup Water
4 cups Rice (cooked)


Directions:
Directions:
Pepper & flour pork chops; brown both sides in skillet with your choice of oil. Place pork chops on bottom of Crockpot, cover chops with chicken soup and sprinkle ranch dressing mix over soup. Dissolve bouillon cube in water. Add water with bouillon cube, pour in onions and mushrooms. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Serve over rice.
