8 oz. pack of sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tbs. butter melted
6 boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup AP flour
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions chopped

Cook mushrooms over med-high heat in 2 tbsp. butter in large nonstick skillet. Stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cut chicken breast in half and place between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap. Flatten to 1/8 inch thick using a rolling pen or meat pounder

Dredge chicken pieces in flour. Cook chicken single layered over med. heat in a large in non stick skillet using 1-2 Tbsp. of butter. Cook until golden brown.

Place cooked chicken in lightly greased 9x11 baking dish over lapping edges of chicken, Put cooked mushrooms over chicken.(reserve any liquid)

Add wine and chicken broth to skillet that the chicken breast were cooked. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir in salt and pepper.

Pour sauce over chicken, Combine cheese and green onions and spread over top of chicken.

Bake uncovered at 450 for 12-14 minutes
