3 packages of phyllo pastry cups-thawed (45 cups)
1 can rotel tomatoes (drained almost all the way)
1 package of bacon pieces
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven 350º

Mix rotel tomatoes, bacon pieces, shredded cheese, and mayonnaise.

Scoop evenly in pastry cups. Place on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes.
