Broiled Parmesan Zucchini Recipe

8 small zucchini
1 T. olive oil
1/2 t. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of ground marjoram
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into halves.
Place cut sides up in broiler pan.
Brush tops with the oil. Sprinkle the
garlic salt, pepper, and marjoram evenly
over all the slices. Broil the zucchini 4"
from the heat for 6 minutes. Remove from
oven, sprinkle with cheese, and broil for
an additional 5 to 6 minutes.

If you slice off a little of the zucchini on the bottom of each, they will be flatter and sit more upright.
