Filling:
Two 6 oz. pkgs. frozen coconut (Will also need one pkg. for top of cake)
1 small carton sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar

Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut together and set aside

Cake:
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Yellow Deluxe Cake Mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanillla flavoring

Cake:
1. Mix filling ingredients and set aside.
2. Mix cake ingredients and pour into two 9" cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. May be baked in three layers if desired. Cool

Filling:
Put filling between layers. If desired, slice the two layers to make four or use a fork to make holes in the layers for the filling to absorb into the cake. This makes the cake super moist.
