4 medium cucumbers peeled and seeded
7 cups sugar
1 cup white vinegar
1 pkg (2 pouches) certo liquid, do not use certo crystals.
2 drops green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel, seed and puree cucumbers in a food processor or blender.
2. Measure 2 1/2 c cucumber pulp into large pot.
3. Add sugar, vinegar and food coloring.
4. Bring to a boil and boil hard for 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and add certo liquid, beat in well, then boil for 1 more minute.
6. Skim and pour into sterilized jars.
