Greens:
1 bunch bok choy
1 bunch green onions

Dressing:
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
3/4 c brown sugar

Noodle Mix:
1/2 c diced almonds
1/4 c sesame seeds
3 tbsp olive oil
1 pkg Mr Noodles, crumbled (noodles only)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse and pat dry bok choy. Break up leaves and chop stems. chop green onions into bite size pieces.
2. Combine dressing ingredients and boil for 2 minutes. Allow to cool.
3. Brown noodle mix in frying pan in the olive oil until toasted and light brown.
4. Combine greens, noodle mix and dressing just before serving.
*I have also used romaine lettuce with good results and have added mandarin orange segments as well.
