1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp gralic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup donair sauce, bought or home made.
1 tomato, seeded and diced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the ground beef with the spices and combine really well.
2. Fry the hamburg mixture and break up into small pieces.
3. In a small casserole dish or 9 in pie plate, mix the donair sauce, cream cheese and mozzarella cheese.
4. Drain the meat well and add to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
5. If using right away, Bake at 350 º for 15 min.
6. Top with diced tomatos and green onions if you wish and serve.
7. Can be refrigerated for later and increase cooking time to 20- 25 min as it will be cold
