1 lb. butter
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 Tbs vanilla
2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan melt butter and cheese. Sift together the sugar and cocoa, then add the cheese, butter mixture. Add vanilla and nuts and mix well. Spread in a buttered 9 x 13 in. pan. Cool and cut into squares.

I got this recipe from my late sister-in-law, Anita. She always joked that this fudge was good for you because it had healthy cheese in it. Yeah, I am pretty sure a pound of Velveeta in something is not exactly healthy but it sure is good.
