4 green [bell] peppers
1/2 c. sweet yellow peppers
1/2 c. onion
1 can jalapeņo peppers
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
6 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo fruit pectin
Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from all peppers. Put vegetables in the blender. In a heavy saucepan, mix vegetables, vinegar, and sugar. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add Certo. Let cool briefly then ladle into hot jars.
