7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
14 oz. caramels
3 T. water
1 to 1-1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Combine marshmallow cream, powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well with hands. Shape mixture into 5 4x1 inch rolls (will be very dry). Chill 2-3 hours. Combine caramels and water in top of a double boiler and cook until melted. Dip rolls into melted caramel and roll in pecans. Chill one hour.
