Garlic Fingers
1 cup lukewarm water
2-1/4 teaspoons dry active yeast
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 cup all purpose flour

Donair Sauce
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
1. Put water, yeast and honey in bowl on mixer.
2. Proof 5 minutes.
3. Use dough hook-lowest speed 6 minutes.
4. Lightly oil surface and let raise approximately 45 minutes.
5. Gently deflate. Put on floured board. Let raise 10 minutes or so.
6. Now stretch dough into pizza pan. Spread generously with 3 tablespoons (or more) garlic butter, 2-1/2 cup pizza mozzarella.
7. Bake 16-22 minutes at 450F until cheese bubbles and is golden around.
Serve with Donair sauce
To make donair sauce combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
