Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Turnip greens or kale or mustard or a mixture of all three
Salt and pepper to taste
Option 1. Bacon grease from 2 slices of cooked bacon
Option 2. Goya ham flavored concentrate
1 tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash greens 5 or 6 times until the water is clean. Put in a stock pot and put water about half way up. Bring to a boil and start pushing them down until they are all wilted. Then add all the other ingredients. Lower heat to simmer and cook for a long time. Until tinder. About 4 hours

If greens are young and tinder it won't take as long. If they are really big you need to par boil. Which means you start out the same except before you add all the other ingredients you drain all the water off after it has boiled a few minutes then add fresh hot water to the greens and start to boil again then add all the other ingredients.
