1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp butter
2 cans basil and garlic diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 cups milk or half and half
1 tsp sugar
3 Tbsp dried basil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
8 oz cream cheese, cubed and softened

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion until tender. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cover until cream cheese melted. Cream cheese will not melt completely, expect a few small unmelted pieces.
