2 loaves of sandwich bread
1 onion
3-4 celery
sage to taste, 1-2 Tbsp
salt and pepper
butter, melted
6 eggs
giblet water (boil giblets from turkey for 2 hours) or chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Night before break up bread and place on cookie sheets.
Mix all ingredients. Add more butter or broth as needed to make moist.
Stuff in bird or bake in greased casserole dish. In casserole bake 60-90 minutes.
