1-1/2 to 2 lbs of Hamburger Meat
2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 (8oz) Sour Cream
1/2 to 3/4 of a 12oz Bag of Wide Egg Noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Start a pan of salted water to boil
Cook Hamburger meat (season with salt & pepper), when done turn down the heat and add the Soup plus a 1/4 can of water to meat and let simmer.
Cook noodles till done. (7 to 8 min)
Drain noodles and mix them with meat mixture. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix in sour cream and turn off heat or down to lowest temperature. Sour Cream does not need to cook just want mixture to be warmed thru. Serve

I sometimes cook a couple strips of bacon with my meat and some minced onions, a dash of minced garlic just for flavor.
