1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 (12-ounce) pkg semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 (7-ounce) pkg marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Butter a 9 x 9 inch pan. Heat pan for 1 minute on full powder. Blend in sugar and milk. Cook at medium high for 10 minutes ( soft ball stage). Stir several times. Blend in chocolate, marshmallows, nuts and vanilla. Stir until smooth and chill.
