Stove Top Stuffing - Chicken
21 oz apple pie filling
6 - 8 boneless pork loin chops

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Prepare stuffing. Spread pie filling in greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with 6 - 8 pork chops, cut in half, and top with stuffing.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer

Can make a day ahead and warm up 30 minutes before serving.

Marlene is known for her excellent hospitality dinners at JAARS and this was a favorite. Both because it's very good and it's easy to make. I use my canned apple pie filling and it usually takes 2 quarts. Great for leftovers.
