2 eggs
1 can cream corn
1/3 cup melted margarine
½ teaspoon soda
1 cup corn meal
¼ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt

1 cup green chilies (4 oz. can)
½ lb shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs slightly in medium bowl. Stir in cream corn, milk, margarine, corn meal, soda, and salt. Place half cream mixture in a greased 6-cup casserole dish. Spread mixture with ½ of shredded cheese and the can of green chilies. Pour remaining corn mixture over cheese and chilies. Top dish with remaining cheese. Bake at 350º for about one hour or until the mixture is set.
