1 Yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup juice from mandarin oranges & beat until pieces are small

TOPPING:
1 pkg instant french vanilla pudding
juice from 1 lb 4 oz can crushed pineapple

put in greased floured 9 x 13 pan bake 25 - 30 minutes on 350º

TOPPING:
blend ingredients, add 1/2 cup powdered sugar
add 4 oz whipped topping, stir in. Add drained pineapple, spread on cake and refrigerate

I remember my Mom making this, think she got the recipe from Donna or Aunt Vi. I asked why its called "Pig Cake" and Mom said "because its so good you make a pig out of yourself" She was right!
