5 tbsp. virgin coconut oil
5 tbsp. unsweetened cacao or cocoa powder
5 tbsp. finely grated coconut
1 to 2 tbsp. brown, coconut, maple sugar or agave syrup
1 pinch of salt
Optional: vanilla extract, whole chopped, or ground walnuts, Brazil nuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, fresh mint, raisins or dried cherries, or other dried fruit

Mix by hand the cacao powder with coconut oil until thoroughly blended.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Place mixture in a mold or ice cube tray.
Place in refrigerator until firm.
