4 Eggs
2 c. Granulated Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla

2 c. All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt

1 c. Milk
2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine

Topping:
6 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
1 c. Brown Sugar, packed
4 Tbsp. Milk
1 c. Coconut, Flaked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven for 350ºF (180ºC). Beat eggs in mixing bowl until frothy. Add sugar gradually while beating until thick. Add vanilla.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into egg mixture.

In small saucepan heat milk and butter until hot. Stir into batter. Spread in 2 greased 9x9 pans. Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes until an inserted wooden pick comes out clean. Cover with topping.

Topping: Combine all 4 ingredients together in small saucepan. Heat to melt butter and dissolve sugar. Do not boil. Spread over cake. Return to oven until it bubbles all over the top, about three minutes.

- Bake in 2 springform pans be careful or tough.
