2-3 jars marinated artichoke hearts quarted
2 pound of bacon cut in 1/2

Wrap the artichoke heart in either 1/4 or 1/2 a piece of uncooked bacon. hold together with a toothpick. it will depend on the size of the artichokes on what size slice of bacon you will use.

cook on a cookie sheet for about 20-30 minutes or until the bacon is fully cooked

These are always a hit at parties.
Word to the wise use a cookie sheet with side because it does cause a lot f grease. I once made these and used a cookie sheet without side and the grease caught fire in our gas oven. Thank goodness for my fire extinguisher.
