2 - 29 oz drained yellow hominy
1/2 c butter divided
1 c chopped green chilies
1 c monterrey jack cheese grated
1/2 c half and half
1/3 c grated onion
1 c sour cream
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in casserole dish. Pour sour cream over mixture sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
