5 pieces of fresh yellow squash, washed and trimmed
2 Vidalia Onions

Directions:
Slice squash in slices approx. 1/2 an inch thick.
Chunky slice onion.
Toss onion and squash together.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes covered in microwave. Remove and toss. Return to microwave and cook additional four minutes. If desired, add 1/2 spoonful of butter and mix before serving. Add salt and pepper to taste.
