2 cups – 2 ⅔ cups crushed pretzels
3 Tablespoons sugar
¾ cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 package cream cheese
1 carton (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 Large Pkg (6 oz.) Raspberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice
2 packages frozen raspberries

Mix crushed pretzels and 3 Tbsp. sugar with melted butter. Press into a 9x13” pan and bake at 350º for about 5-10 minutes—set aside to cool. Cream together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and crushed pineapple. Spread over pretzel crust and cool.

Dissolve Raspberry Jello in boiling water. Add two packages frozen raspberries and let set until slightly thickened. Pour over salad and let set for several hours.
