1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
3 cups coconut
2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix melted butter, powdered sugar and coconut. Mix well. Shape into balls. Indent center with your finger and place on a cookie sheet. Fill centers with melted chocolate. Chill until firm. Easy and delicious.

Mom made these every year for Christmas. She loved them but I was not a big fan! My childhood pallet preferred a sweeter chocolate, much like a Mounds candy bar. As I've grown into adulthood, this are just the right combo of sweetness.
