12 large eggs, boiled and peeled
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
3/4 tsp. ground smoky mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
6 pieces of bacon

Directions:

Cook the bacon until crisp. Set aside to cool. Once cool chop into small pieces. Set aside.

Slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove the yolks and put them into a mixing bowl. Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, rice vinegar, ground mustard, and sugar. Stir until well combined. Mix in the jalapenos and bacon.

Place mixture into a zip-lock bag . In one of the bottom corners cut a small hole (this makes for easy piping). Fill each egg with yolk mixture.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Chill until ready to serve.
