Salad

¼ head iceberg or green leaf lettuce
¼ head romaine lettuce
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
¼ cup toasted sliced almonds

Dressing

¼ cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. parsley
½ tsp. salt
dash pepper

Directions:

Toss salad ingredients.

Blend dressing ingredients in a blender. Pour over salad just before serving.

Light and delicious!
