1 boneless chuck roast (2 to 2 1/2 pounds, cut into cubes
1 jar (16 oz.) chunky salsa
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro or parsley, optional
2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Hot cooked rice or potatoes

Directions:

Add all ingredients except to a 3 quart crock pot and cook on high for 5 to 6 hours or on low for 8 hours til meet is tender.
Serve with potatoes or rice.

Use crock pot liner for easy clean up!
