1 pkg butterscotch morsels
1/3 c butter
2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp vanilla
1 - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
1 c chopped nuts
1 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butterscotch morsels and butter in sauce pan on low until melted. Add graham cracker crumbs and chopped nuts. Spread half of mixture in bottom of a 9 X13 greased baking pan. In separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add sweetened milk, vanilla, and egg and beat until well blended. Pour on top of the mixture in baking pan. Crumble remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
