2 to 3 bunches asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-2 inch pieces
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch asparagus in rapidly boiling salted water until just tender (about 1-2 minutes). Drain and immerse in ice water. Drain again, pat dry and set aside.
In a large bowl combine all remaining ingredients. (I use a wisk)
Add asparagus to soy sauce mixture and toss. Chill until ready to serve.
