1 ½ lbs lean beef, cut into tiny chucks
Soy Sauce
Balsamic Vinegar
Red Pepper Flakes
Honey
¾ lb angel hair (capellini) pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in deep fry pan, draining fluid once. After browned, add equal amounts of soy sauce and balsamic vinegar to meat to create a sauce. Add honey to neutralize the acid of the sauce, and red pepper flakes to taste. Simmer on a low flame for 10 minutes.

While cooking the beef, boil pasta. When cooked, add directly to the beef mixture. Simmer an additional 2-3 minutes…..add more soy sauce and balsamic if needed to create enough sauce, but make sure you put honey in the mixture.

Serve on a plate or wrapped in a large lettuce leaf.
