2 1/2 lbs Skinless Chicken pieces
4 Tbsp butter or less
1/2 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Prepared Mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2tsp Curry Powder (I add extra)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
Dust Chicken lightly with flour, then brown on both sides. Place chicken in a single layer in shallow baking dish.Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Simmer 5 minutes, pour sauce over chicken. Bake 60 minutes basting periodically.

Serve with steamed carrot, green beans, Yukon gold potato and cauliflower, sliced. Don't over cook.
